Actually, what is meeting?? In Sharp v Dawes(1876) a meeting was defined as 'an assembly of people for a lawful purpose' or 'the coming together of a least two persons for any lawful person'. In order to get an effective and good meeting, we need to follow the rule and regulation of meeting.There is a book entitled Meetings-Their Law and Practice by Lawton, Rigby and Hall... Actually my lecturer has brief about this topic. i wonder there a lot of regulation of meetings that we do not practice now... I feel fortunate to hear the talk...Now, I want to practice the effective way of having a good meetings...
